Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as light as a cloud in your new attire; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
