Extraction by steam distillation using crushed ripe seeds

Properties:
Watery viscosity
Scent is medium, sweet, spicy, mildly fruity, herbaceous and warm
Colour is pale yellow

Uses:
For mental fatigue and to refresh the mind
For migraines and nervous tension and weakness
Eases stomach wind and cramps
Revitalise the glandular system
Can ease arthritic and rheumatic pain
Good for colds and flu

Other applications:
Can be used as a general detoxifier to rid the body of excess toxins and wastes

Warnings:
Avoid large doses, as these may have a stupefying effect
Not to be used on sensitive skin
Avoid during pregnancy
